Built on customer-centric values, we endeavour to provide a professional, 24/7 multi-language customer support to help in a timely manner.As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.Key ResponsibilitiesLiquidity ManagementDevelop and maintain liquidity forecasting models; set early-warning thresholds and escalation protocolsCoordinate with Market Maker, Risk, and Operations teams to manage intraday and peak-period liquidity needsBuild dashboards and reports tracking key treasury metrics: surplus levels, reserve ratios, fund utilizationConduct scenario analysis and stress testing on liquidity positionsProvide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on capital allocation and efficiency improvementsNew Product IntegrationAct as Treasury's lead point-of-contact for new product launches (e.g., earn products, lending, derivatives, new token listings)Evaluate capital requirements, settlement flows, and risk implications of incoming productsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure smooth go-liveRequirementsMust-Have5+ years experience, 1+ years in crypto treasury, trading operations, or financial operations at a centralized exchange, DeFi protocol, or crypto-native institutionHands-on experience with liquidity management across multiple assets and blockchainsStrong data analysis skills — comfortable with SQL, Python/Pandas to extract insights and automate reportingProven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Risk teamsExcellent problem-solving skills — can independently diagnose issues under pressure (e.g., chain congestion, unexpected withdrawal spikes, settlement mismatches) and drive resolutionFluency in both Mandarin and EnglishStrongly PreferredPrior experience at another major crypto exchange (Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) — understanding of industry-standard treasury practices and where Bybit can differentiateFamiliarity with on-chain analytics, DeFi protocols, and wallet infrastructureExperience supporting new product launches from a treasury/funding perspectiveUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, VARA, etc.) as they relate to reserve and reporting requirementsNice-to-HaveCFA, FRM, or relevant quantitative finance backgroundExperience with TradFi treasury
