Treasury Manager — Plano, TX (Hybrid 3/2)A PE-backed, multi-brand restaurant franchise operator with 400+ locations nationwide is hiring a Treasury Manager to build its corporate treasury function from the ground up.The company is bringing previously outsourced work in-house to gain better process, control, and transparency — so this is a true build, not a maintenance seat. You'll report directly to the Corporate Controller, lead two tenured analysts, and work closely with a CFO who wants treasury modernized and automated.What you'll ownDaily cash positioning and short- and long-term cash forecasting30+ bank accounts and multiple banking partnerships, including all account administration and transaction documentationWires, ACH, and transfers at high volume — thousands of transactions dailyThe controls, processes, procedures, and SOPs the function will run onAutomation: streamlining a lean team's workload without sacrificing accuracy or adding riskDebt tracking, covenant compliance, and support on financing transactionsWhat we're looking forSeasoned treasury professional who knows the nuances and can define best practice, not just follow itProven builder of controls, processes, and SOPsTech savvy, with real judgment about what to automate and howComfortable owning bank relationships directlyLeadership chops: develops and trains a team, and holds people accountableWhy it's worth a conversation Highly visible role with CFO exposure.
