Treasury Manager

ResponsibilitiesKforce's client in Bronx, NY is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, liquidity, banking relationships, and financing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience partnering directly with banks and financial institutions and be comfortable managing both the day-to-day treasury function and broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cash positioning, cash management, and liquidity forecasting Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions Manage debt, credit facilities, borrowing activity, and related reporting Monitor and optimize working capital and cash flow Oversee treasury reporting, controls, and processes Support financing activities, including bank requests, documentation, and analysis Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership on liquidity and cash flow planning Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and cash utilizationRequirements BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant degree 5+ years of progressive treasury experience Strong cash management and liquidity forecasting background Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships Experience with debt, credit facilities, and financing activities Strong understanding of working capital and cash flow management Excellent communication and relationship-management skills Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate independently Corporate treasury experience preferredThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
