Treasury Manager (EMIRATI)

We are hiring a 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for a senior finance opportunity.This role is suited to an experienced treasury professional with strong exposure to debt financing, lender management, transaction execution, and long-term funding across complex, capital-intensive projects.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Translate business and project funding needs into practical financing plans, balancing cost, flexibility, maturity profile, and long term capital requirements.-Lead complex financing workstreams by bringing together internal teams, advisers, banks, and other external parties to keep transactions progressing toward completion.-Give senior leadership a clear view of the organisation’s debt position, upcoming obligations, refinancing priorities, and areas that may require early intervention.-Use financial analysis and scenario modelling to assess borrowing capacity, interest rate exposure, liquidity pressure, and potential downside risks.-Drive commercial discussions with funding partners, comparing proposals and helping secure structures and terms that best support the organisation’s objectives.-Build stronger discipline around debt management through reliable reporting, clear controls, accurate records, and consistent monitoring of financing commitments.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, capital raising, structured funding, or another finance role involving significant borrowing and funding responsibility.-Strong transaction experience, with the ability to take financing initiatives from the initial business case through commercial discussions, execution, and ongoing management.-Comfortable analysing financial models, repayment capacity, covenant headroom, interest rate scenarios, and the wider impact of financing decisions.-Proven ability to work effectively with banks, advisers, legal teams, and senior internal stakeholders while managing several complex workstreams at the same time.-Relevant university qualification in a finance, economics, accounting, or business discipline; postgraduate study or recognised finance credentials would be an advantage.-Exposure to capital-intensive businesses, GCC financing markets, syndicated or club lending structures, and treasury or financial systems would be highly valued.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex financing activities, work closely with senior stakeholders and financial institutions, and play a key role in shaping long-term funding and debt strategy.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you are an experienced treasury professional with strong debt financing and transaction execution experience, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
