Treasury OfficerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Finance / TreasuryReports to: Treasury Manager / Head of Treasury.Role SummaryResponsible for managing daily treasury operations, liquidity, banking relationships, cash flow, and trade finance activities, ensuring optimal cash availability and strong financial controls across a large-scale contracting business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.Monitor project-related cash requirements, collections, commitments, and working capital.Manage bank guarantees, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, LCs, and other trade finance instruments.Coordinate bank payments, transfers, account management, and bank reconciliations.Monitor credit facilities, loans/Murabaha, utilization, maturities, and financing costs.Maintain strong relationships with local and international banking partners.Prepare treasury reports covering cash, liquidity, facilities, guarantees, debt, and bank exposure.Ensure compliance with treasury policies, Delegation of Authority, internal controls, and audit requirements.Support Treasury management in optimizing working capital, banking costs, and funding requirements.Coordinate closely with Projects, Commercial, Procurement, AP, Accounting, and senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5+ years of treasury experience, preferably with a leading contractor, EPC, infrastructure, or project-based organization.Strong hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting, LGs, LCs, banking facilities, payments, and liquidity management.Excellent Excel and ERP skills; SAP/Oracle experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Saudi banking practices and treasury operations.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic preferred.High level of integrity, analytical ability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.PreferredCTP / ACCA / CFA / SOCPA or equivalent professional qualification.
