Positioned at the intersection of treasury operations, data architecture, and enterprise software delivery, this role drives multi-stream delivery workflows—including core treasury management system (TMS) implementations, liquidity platform upgrades, regulatory reporting data pipelines, and historical treasury data migrations.The role functions through two primary operational lenses:Treasury Transformation Focus: Governing full-lifecycle system upgrades, platform consolidations, and operational change across treasury, cash management, liquidity, and trading applicationsData & Migration Focus: Governing enterprise data architecture alignment, ETL/ELT pipeline deployment, schema mapping, and data migration execution across treasury data lakes and legacy core systemsRegardless of focus stream, the position serves as the central operational bridge between business treasury stakeholders, quantitative analysts, data engineering squads, and enterprise IT leads, ensuring that system integrations and data migrations are executed with zero data loss, operational continuity, and strict regulatory alignment.Responsibilities2. and execution roadmaps across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworksScope & Financial Governance: Monitor, control, and report on project scope, financial baselines, resource utilization, and change request procedures to prevent scope creep and budget variancesGovernance Reporting: Produce executive status reporting, performance metrics, and audit-ready project documentation aligned with institutional governance standardsData Migration Execution: Direct the end-to-end data migration lifecycle for treasury platforms—encompassing historical trade, cash flow, position, and market data extraction, cleansing, transformation, schema mapping, and cutover reconciliationParallel-Run & Reconciliation Frameworks: Establish dual-run procedures, automated reconciliation scripts, and contingency fallback pathways to verify zero information loss and service continuity during cutoversTarget System Integration: Oversee technical integration touchpoints between enterprise Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS Quantum, Murex, Calypso, Kyriba), core banking ledgers, market data feeds (Bloomberg/Refinitiv), and downstream analytics platformsBanking RAID Management: Maintain continuous risk management procedures to identify, document, and neutralize banking-specific Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)—including valuation anomalies, data integrity gaps, and reconciliation failuresRegulatory Compliance Frameworks: Ensure project architecture, security protocols, and data workflows conform to international and local financial mandates (e.g., Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, ALM, IBOR transition, and Central Bank data sovereignty laws)Data Lineage & Audit Readiness: Enforce end-to-end data lineage tracking and audit logging across active and historical treasury datasets to satisfy compliance and internal audit reviewsCross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate structural communication and decision-making across Executive Sponsors, Treasury Business Leads, IT Architects, Risk Officers, and Engineering SquadsThird-Party Vendor Management: Manage technical delivery deliverables, contract milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) for external treasury effectively "selling" your vision to high-level stakeholders.RequirementsWe need you to have:A solid functional understanding of core treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, asset-liability management (ALM), FX risk, or trade processing workflowsPractical capability to govern complex data migration strategies, schema mapping, historical data cleansing, dual-run testing, and cutover reconciliationThe ability to evaluate data architectures, relational/SQL structures, integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines), and system interface specificationsA demonstrated ability to manage, control, and baseline project scope, financial budgets, resource allocations, and change requests in high-stakes banking environmentsWorking knowledge of banking compliance standards, data privacy mandates (PII), and regulatory reporting requirements applicable to treasury operationsOperational mastery of software development life cycle (SDLC) models and project governance frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)Significant experience working within financial services, corporate banking, or capital markets environments on central IT, data, or treasury transformation projectsProven history governing large-scale system implementations, platform consolidations, or enterprise data migration programsHold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Quantitative Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)It would also be beneficial if you have:Professional experience operating within a consultancy or professional services capacity, managing client-facing delivery and cross-functional project teamsA formal certification in recognised project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2,
