Treasury Specialist

a. Role PurposeSupport the design and implementation of the bank’s FTP transformation agendathrough detailed analysis, pricing methodology reviews, profitability assessments,and operating model enhancements. The role will assist in redesigning FTPframeworks, funding methodologies, liquidity pricing models, and businessprofitability mechanisms to support transparent and risk-adjusted performancemanagement.The Business Analyst will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, GlobalMarkets, and Technology teams to support delivery of the target-state FTPframework.b. Support identification of improvement opportunities and target-state design.Pricing & Profitability Analytics1. Analyze product, business, and portfolio profitability.2. Support development of RAROC-based performance metrics and profitabilitymodels.3. Assess impact of FTP changes on business performance and pricingoutcomes.Methodology & Framework Support1. Support redesign of:- Funding Curves- Liquidity Pricing Models- Behavioral Assumptions- Optionality Methodologies- Margin Allocation Frameworks2. Document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements.Governance & Operating Model Support1. Assist in defining governance structures between Treasury, Global Markets,Finance, and Business Units.2. Support development of policies, procedures, and operating modeldocumentation.3. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.Transformation & Implementation1. Support implementation of FTP methodologies, reporting frameworks, andsystem enhancements.2. Coordinate with Technology teams on data, reporting, and calculationrequirements.3. Track delivery milestones and support change management activities.Reporting & Performance Monitoring1. Develop dashboards and management reports related to profitability, FTP,and RAROC performance.2. Monitor implementation outcomes and business impact.3. Provide analytical insights to support decision-making.d. Experience & ProfileExperience1. 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, RiskAnalytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.2. Experience supporting FTP, Treasury, Finance, or balance sheet managementinitiatives.3. Exposure to profitability, RAROC, liquidity, or capital management frameworkspreferred.Profile1. Strong understanding of FTP methodologies and banking balance sheetmanagement.2. Knowledge of funding curves, liquidity pricing, and profitability frameworks.3. Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and financialanalytics.4. Strong analytical, quantitative, and stakeholder management capabilities.5. Understanding of Treasury and Global Markets operating models.6. Based in Qatar.7. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.8. Strong reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
