Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist – Private Dental PracticeSalary: From £33,000+ DOEHours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekLocation: Central London,UKAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist to join our busy, fully private dental practice.This is a patient-focused role where you'll be responsible for building relationships with patients, discussing treatment plans, coordinating appointments and supporting the clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient journey.If you're passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced private practice, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients professionallyPresent treatment plans and explain costs confidentlyBuild rapport with patients and increase treatment acceptanceManage patient enquiries by phone and emailBook consultations and treatment appointmentsCoordinate diaries efficientlyFollow up outstanding treatment plansProcess payments and finance applications (if applicable)Maintain accurate patient records using SOEWork closely with dentists and the wider clinical teamDeliver outstanding customer service at all timesEssential Requirements✔ Minimum 3 years' experience working in a fully private dental practice✔ Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Receptionist with treatment presentation duties✔ Excellent knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) – essential✔ Strong communication and sales skills✔ Professional appearance and confident telephone manner✔ Excellent organisational skills✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience presenting cosmetic treatment plansInvisalign knowledgeImplant treatment coordinationFinance application experience (Tabeo, Chrysalis, Medenta etc.)GDC registered dental nurse (advantage but not essential)What We OfferCompetitive salary from £33,000Friendly, supportive teamModern private practiceOngoing training and developmentLong-term career progressionImmediate start available
