Treatment Coordinator

Role description:The Treatment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role at Symbiosis Medical Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. It is a new role and the first of its kind at the clinic.You will spend your day on the clinic floor rather than behind a counter, working from a laptop. You will greet patients, sit with them while they wait, and find out what they actually need. Where we can help beyond the reason they came in, whether that is dentistry, a preventative health check, physiotherapy or a membership plan, you will explain it clearly, answer their questions and book it.You will also handle enquiries by WhatsApp and phone, following each one through to a booked and attended appointment, and you will work our existing patient database to bring people back for check-ups and preventative care.Our reception team owns insurance, billing and the appointment book. You will not. Your focus is the patient in front of you and the conversation you are having with them.You will report to the Business Director and work alongside our marketing lead.Qualifications:Two or more years selling face to face, ideally in dentistry, aesthetics, optical, hearing care or premium retailA track record of converting enquiries into booked, attended appointmentsComfortable discussing price, handling objections and asking someone for a decisionWarm, genuinely curious about people, and able to start a conversation with a stranger without being promptedAble to manage your own follow-up without being chasedComfortable with a laptop, a clinic system and WhatsApp for patient communicationFluent English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a strong advantageInsurance, billing and claims experience is not required. Our reception team handles that
