Works closely with stakeholders, Functional SMEs, Architects, and Developers to deliver scalable solutions across Real Estate and Facilities Management domains.Required Skills- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Real Estate, Facilities, or Workplace Management.- Strong understanding of corporate real estate processes.- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and UAT.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilites- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping sessions.- Support solution design and configuration across TRIRIGA modules, including: - Space Management - Move Management - Workplace Reservations - Real Estate Portfolio Management - Lease Administration & Lease Accounting - Facilities Management - Operations & Maintenance - Service Management - Capital Projects- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.- Support data migration, reporting, and integration requirements.- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage requirement traceability.- Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
