The company is committed to enhancing urban mobility through innovative, efficient, and comfortable vertical transportation solutions.Role Description The Troubleshooter is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to elevators and escalators. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying faults, performing corrective actions, and coordinating with installation and maintenance teams to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves responding to service calls, conducting root-cause analysis, testing system performance after repairs, and documenting findings and solutions. The Troubleshooter will communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to provide clear updates, follow company safety standards, and support continuous improvement in service quality.Qualifications Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with experience in elevator or escalator systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.Ability to diagnose and resolve faults using troubleshooting tools, technical manuals, and systematic problem-solving methods.Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance practices, and industry standards for vertical transportation systems.Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients on-site.Organizational skills to manage service calls, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks under time constraints.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field; prior experience in elevator maintenance or service is highly beneficial.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, including occasional evening or weekend shifts as required for urgent interventions.
