With over 50 years of expertise in both upstream and downstream operations and a workforce of over 850 headcounts, Al Masaood Energy provides advanced petroleum services and supplies throughout the UAE, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Eastern Mediterranean.About NDT III Specialist: Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, installation, and running of tubular equipment during drilling or completion operations. They ensure the proper assembly and deployment of pipes, ensuring well integrity and minimizing operational risks.Key Responsibility: Operate and maintain tubular handling equipment, including elevators, slips, power tongs, and Casing Running Tools (CRT) and other related machinery.Supervise and lead the TRS crew in tubular handling and installation activities on site.Ensure the safe and efficient running of tubular equipment during well operations.Conduct pre-job inspections and equipment checks to ensure readiness for operation, with particular focus on CRT equipment.Assist with the planning and preparation of tubular running services, ensuring alignment with well programs and specifications.Utilize CRT experience to ensure proper running, installation, and handling of casing and other tubular goods.Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues during the tubular running process, particularly related to CRT equipment.Maintain accurate records of all activities, including equipment usage, safety inspections, and incidents.Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety standards, company policies, and regulations.Provide technical guidance and training to junior operators and crew members.Communicate with on-site engineers, supervisors, and other personnel to ensure smooth operation and resolution of any issues.Monitor the quality and performance of CRT and other equipment, recommending necessary repairs or replacements.Perform post-job evaluations to ensure proper completion of tubular running services and identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:Engineering diploma or Higher is a mustProven experience in tubular running services, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in a similar role including 4 years of crew supervisory.Extensive experience with Casing Running Tools (CRT) and its application in tubular running services.Strong technical knowledge of tubular handling equipment and well operations.Solid understanding of well engineering and completion processes.Preferred:Certification in Tubular Running Services or related field.Offshore or onshore drilling operations experience.Familiarity with industry-standard safety certifications (e.g., HSE, BOSIET).
