It continually refines its approaches to ensure learners receive engaging, effective instruction that supports personal, academic, and professional growth.Role Description This free lance job, on-site Turkish Teacher (Arabic Speaker) role is based at Excellent English Language Training Centre in Dubai. The teacher will design and deliver Turkish language lessons for Arabic-speaking learners, using engaging methods that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to align teaching practices with the centre’s standards, participate in training and development activities, and help create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves communicating effectively with learners and, when required, with parents or sponsors to discuss progress and learning goals.Qualifications Ability to design effective lesson plans and structure course content (Lesson Planning).Solid foundation in language education and pedagogy, preferably with formal training or relevant credentials (Education, Training).Strong teaching skills with experience in delivering language classes to diverse learner groups (Teaching).Excellent communication skills in Turkish and Arabic, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support learner engagement (Communication).Fluency in Turkish and Arabic; English language proficiency is an advantage.Previous experience teaching Turkish to Arabic speakers, ideally in a classroom or institutional setting.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are preferred.
