TV and Small Appliance Technician

We are actively looking for a reliable TV and Small Appliance Technician to join our After Sales - Service team.Responsibilities:Repair defective electrical and electronic products safely and efficiently.Diagnose issues in products such as TVs, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, blenders, mixers, and water dispensers.Prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty or misuse cases.Order and manage spare parts required for repairs.Maintain proper coordination with suppliers to resolve pending cases.Update the service system daily with completed repair work.Prepare technical reports and submit them to the Senior Electrical Technician.Follow company service procedures and ensure service quality standards are met.Requirements:Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics repair (preferably in authorized service centers).Experience repairing TVs (LCD, Plasma, CRT), DVD players, Hi-Fi systems, home theaters, microwaves, and small appliances.Customer-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills.Iqama profession must be Technician.Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligible to obtain it.
