Tyres Quality Professional - Mixing, Building and Uniformity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tyres Quality Professional to join our manufacturing team in Jeddah. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards in the mixing, building, and uniformity processes of tyre production. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and a passion for quality excellence in the tyre manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and components used in the mixing and building processes. - Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure uniformity and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. - Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for mixing, building, and uniformity operations. - Analyze production data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Train and support staff on quality standards and best practices. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to product quality. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in tyre manufacturing quality control, specifically in mixing, building, and uniformity. - Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection techniques. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to multicultural work environments.
