The educator will plan, deliver, and assess lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum for primary-grade students, ensuring that learning objectives are met and adapted to diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, monitoring student progress, and providing regular feedback to learners and families. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, participating in professional development activities, and supporting school events and initiatives. The teacher is expected to promote a positive, inclusive learning culture that reflects the values and educational vision of MAARIF SCHOOLS OF SARAJEVO.Qualifications Ability to manage and coordinate classroom and program activities, demonstrating strong Program Management skills.Well-developed Analytical Skills for assessing student performance, interpreting assessment data, and adjusting teaching strategies.Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a multicultural school environment.Experience in Training and mentoring learners, with the capacity to guide students through the Cambridge curriculum and support skill development.Customer Service orientation, reflecting a supportive and responsive approach to student and parent needs.Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field; teaching license or certification recognized for primary-level instruction.Prior experience teaching in a Cambridge or international school program is highly beneficial.Proficiency in Bosnian and good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.Strong classroom management abilities, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
