Eztia is redefining how workers perform safely in extreme heat. Our proprietary HydraVolt™ technology is integrated directly into apparel to help people stay cooler, safer, and more productive without batteries or external power. We're launching our U.S. commercial business and are looking for our first enterprise sales leader to build it from the ground up.You'll define how we go to market - identifying our target customers, building relationships from the first cold call through enterprise rollout, designing pilots, refining our sales motion, and creating the playbook that future sales teams will use. If you're excite by ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape a category-defining company, we'd love to meet you.What You’ll DoOwn Eztia’s enterprise sales strategy across the U.S., with an initial focus on construction and industrial customers.Personally source, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic partnerships.Build relationships across every level of a customer organization - from workers, superintendents, and safety managers in the field to corporate safety directors, procurement, and executive leadership.Spend significant time in the field - whether that’s on active jobsites, in job trailers, at early morning toolbox talks, corporate safety meetings, or industry events - to build credibility with both decision-makers and end users.Design and manage customer pilots with clear success criteria, measurable ROI, feedback loops, and implementation plans that lead to broader adoption.Turn successful pilots into multi-project, regional, and enterprise-wide deployments by building internal champions and navigating complex buying organizations.Develop accurate pipeline forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and build reporting dashboards using HubSpot.Hire, coach, and build a regional enterprise sales team as the business scales.Work closely with Product & Growth to incorporate customer feedback and improve commercial execution.Travel extensively throughout the U.S. to meet customers and support commercial growth.What You Bring7–10 years of enterprise sales experience selling physical products into construction, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other similar field-based industries.You have personally sourced and closed complex enterprise deals worth six or seven figures.You have sold directly into construction organizations or similar, and understand how they buy. You know the safety team often champions the solution, operations validates it, procurement negotiates the contract, and executive leadership approves enterprise rollout.You understand that closing the contract is only the beginning - you know how to drive implementation, adoption, and long-term account expansion. You have successfully taken customers from an initial pilot to large-scale deployment across multiple jobsites, business units, or geographic regions.Experience building and hiring a regional sales team in a high-growth company or new market.Strong CRM discipline with experience using HubSpot for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America.If you’re energized by building something from zero, enjoy earning trust in the field as much as in executive meetings, and want to define how an entirely new category is sold, let’s meet.
