UAE Commercial Manager Hospital Pharmaceuticals

Location: Dubai, UAE | Planned full-time role | Compensation based on experienceAxisMedica is developing a UAE pharmaceutical commercial operation with longer-term GCC expansion plans.

Our initial focus is oncology, hematology, supportive care and selected hospital medicines. We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to help establish local hospital relationships and develop the UAE business.The role reports to Giorgi Davitashvili and works alongside the manufacturer partnerships function. It is a hands-on opportunity to build accounts, evaluate product opportunities and develop a focused commercial operation.Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospital pharmacy leadership, pharmaceutical procurement teams and relevant clinical departments.
• Map formulary and supplier approval pathways, manage account plans, and coordinate product evaluation and launch activity.
• Identify tender and hospital supply opportunities; develop forecasts, commercial proposals and account profitability assessments.
• Coordinate with regulatory colleagues and licensed distribution partners; follow supply performance, receivables and customer feedback.Candidate profile
• Recent, demonstrable experience in UAE hospital pharmaceutical sales, key-account management or commercial leadership; approximately five or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Existing professional relationships with relevant UAE hospital decision-makers and examples of products or accounts personally developed.
• Experience with hospital purchasing, formulary access and tender processes. Oncology, hematology, specialty medicines or injectables experience is an advantage.
• Ability to build a new business, work directly with the founder and manage commercial detail.
