The role is responsible for driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the efficient delivery of general insurance products and services in line with business objectives.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day servicing of assigned affinity insurance accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.Build and maintain strong relationships with affinity partners and customers to support retention, engagement and portfolio growth.Implement, monitor and control the renewal process to maximize customer retention and business performance.Handle customer enquiries, policy amendments, renewals and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.Assist customers in the event of claims and ensure claims service is delivered in line with agreed standards.Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims and other internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.Identify opportunities for new business, cross-selling and upselling within existing affinity schemes and customer portfolios.Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address customer service, retention or growth challenges.Ensure premium collection requirements are met and resolve customer payment queries in a timely manner.Maintain accurate customer and policy records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.Provide management information and portfolio reporting as required.Contribute to the achievement of team objectives relating to customer satisfaction, retention, growth and profitability.Required Qualifications1–2 years of experience in General Insurance.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.About Lockton MENAHeadquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Lockton in MENA is home to over 500 associates delivering expert (re)insurance and people solutions.
