Euro Mechanical is looking for a Buyer (Emirati).The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services required for EPC projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project schedules, budgetary constraints, and company procurement policiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end procurement process, from RFQs to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.Source, evaluate, and pre-qualify vendors in line with approved vendor lists and project requirements.Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFQs and RFPs, including technical and commercial bid evaluations.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate with engineering, construction, project management, and quality teams to ensure procurement activities support project milestones.Monitor procurement progress and maintain procurement status reports.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Requirements:Emirati.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in procurement.Previous experience in the EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Infrastructure industry is an advantage.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple procurement activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
