If you can see yourself delivering excellent service to clients, giving back to our communities and being a part of our caring culture, you belong here.Purpose of the roleThe purpose of the Client Relationship Support role is to support the Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in managing client accounts, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring client requirements are followed up and resolved efficiently. The role acts as a key link between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior CRM in managing clients and ensure a high level of service.Support the day-to-day client requests, monitor client instructions, and ensure they are followed up with the relevant stakeholder.Prepare and maintain client account records, reports, trackers, and documentation.Coordinate with operations, placement, claims, and other departments to resolve client related matters.Help identify potential issues or delays and escalate them promptly.Assist with preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and claims reports.Ensure renewal timelines are met and market reviews undertaken and placed in advance of renewal.Track important deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate to activate the policy on time.Provide administrative support to ensure the CRM function runs smoothly.Required Qualifications1 to 2 years of experience in Medical Insurance.Proven experience in client-facing roles or managing client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within the organization.About Lockton MENAHeadquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Lockton in MENA is home to over 500 associates delivering expert (re)insurance and people solutions.
