(UAE Nationals) Executive - Customer Employees Relations

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ).The role will focus on delivering a seamless client experience, managing customer inquiries and complaints, supporting contract and data administration, and ensuring services are delivered in line with DAFZ policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.Support contract-related services and administration.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of client matters.Support company cancellations and name reservations in coordination with relevant departments.Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure clients are kept informed of relevant regulations, requirements, and procedures.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience.Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations.Experience in handling lease-related agreements is an advantage.Strong planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
