Our team includes experienced IP professionals and strong local enforcement networks, enabling us to deliver practical, enforcement-focused IP protection solutions.About the RoleAAA is looking for an Assistant to the UAE Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of Intellectual Property (IP) enforcement activities across the UAE.This is a field-based and operational role, involving regular travel across the seven emirates, coordination with government authorities and operation team members. The successful candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant time spent outside the office.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the UAE Operations Manager in coordinating daily enforcement activities.Prepare and file IP infringement complaints with relevant government authorities.Coordinate and manage operation team members, including assigning targets and following up on case progress.Monitor cases and ensure required information are collected and providedAttend and provide operational support on-site.Coordinate with government authorities before, during, and after operationsPrepare and provide all supporting documents and information required by government authorities.Maintain accurate records of cases.Follow up on pending actions and ensure operational deadlines are met.Prepare regular updates and reports for the UAE Operations Manager.Liaise with internal teams, operation members, and government officials as required.Requirements2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, IP enforcement, investigations, legal support, or a similar field.Experience dealing with UAE government authorities is an advantage.Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple investigations and priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional and confident when dealing with government officials and external stakeholders.Valid UAE driving licence is essential.Willingness and ability to drive extensively across the UAE for field activities.Position DetailsLocation: Dubai, UAE Role Type: Field-Based / Operational Experience: 2–3 years Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month (excluding incentives)Note: This is a highly mobile, field-based operational position. The role involves driving across the seven emirates, visiting government authorities, and supporting other team members in the field. Candidates should be comfortable with a role that involves significant travel.
