UAT & Cutover Manager – Enterprise Transformation Programs

We are seeking an experienced UAT & Cutover Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Cutover activities across large-scale enterprise transformation programs.The role will support the successful deployment of enterprise platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Proaxia VSS, and other integrated systems such as Doxis, DocuSign, Payment Gateway, and operational support applications.The UAT & Cutover Manager will work closely with project managers, functional leads, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure that business processes are fully validated during UAT and that system deployments are executed through well-coordinated cutover activities.This role is delivery-focused and requires strong coordination across multiple systems, vendors, and business teams to ensure a smooth transition from testing to production go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesUAT Strategy & Planning

• Define and implement the UAT strategy across enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, and integrated platforms
• Develop detailed UAT plans, timelines, and governance structures
• Ensure business scenarios and end-to-end processes are adequately covered within UAT test cycles
• Coordinate with functional leads to validate that test scenarios align with business process requirements
• Ensure clear UAT entry and exit criteria are definedUAT Execution & Governance
• Coordinate the execution of UAT cycles across multiple workstreams and systems
• Track test case execution, defect status, and test progress
• Ensure timely resolution of defects raised during UAT
• Facilitate daily UAT status meetings with functional teams and implementation partners
• Maintain visibility of testing progress and escalate risks impacting UAT timelinesBusiness Stakeholder Coordination

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise system implementation programs
• Proven experience managing UAT cycles and cutover activities in large transformation projects
• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
