The company is driven by innovation, rigorous engineering practices, and a focus on indigenous technology aligned with modern defense requirements.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UAV Trainer role based in Nashik. The UAV Trainer will conduct classroom and field training sessions on drone operations, safety procedures, flight planning, and mission execution for defense and security personnel. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, developing curricula and standard operating procedures, and demonstrating UAV assembly, pre-flight checks, and troubleshooting techniques. The role involves supervising practice flights, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback to ensure competency in real-world mission scenarios. The trainer will also collaborate with engineering and operations teams to update training content in line with evolving systems, regulations, and operational requirements.Qualifications Strong knowledge of UAV/UAS systems, including flight control, navigation, payload integration, and basic maintenance.Experience in conducting technical training or instruction, preferably in aviation, defense, or related fields.Ability to develop structured training modules, manuals, and SOPs for drone operations and safety.Familiarity with aviation safety standards, risk assessment, and regulatory guidelines related to UAVs.Proficiency in mission planning tools, mapping software, or ground control station interfaces is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse learner groups.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting during field exercises.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, aviation, defense technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Prior experience operating drones in surveillance, reconnaissance, or defense applications is highly desirable.Ability to work on-site in Nashik, conduct outdoor field training, and comply with safety and security protocols.
