Salary: ₦180,000CIVAI Technologies is seeking a creative, confident, and tech-savvy UGC Content Creator to serve as the on-camera face of CIVAI and produce engaging content across our products.This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who understands AI, technology, startups, and digital products, and can turn complex product ideas into content that is simple, relatable, engaging, and easy to understand.The ideal candidate should be comfortable representing the brand on camera, regularly appearing in videos, experimenting with different content formats, and developing a recognizable personality and voice for CIVAI.What You'll Be Doing- Serve as an on-camera creator and the recognizable face of CIVAI.- Create short-form video content for CIVAI’s products, including BrowserGPT by CIVAI, Nova, and Lagos Flood Map.- Develop content ideas around product features, use cases, updates, educational topics, trends, and relevant AI/technology conversations.- Support the development of scripts, hooks, concepts, and storylines.- Film and present videos independently.- Edit completed videos into engaging, platform-ready content.- Demonstrate CIVAI products and showcase practical use cases.- Create educational and entertaining content that makes AI and technology easy to understand.- Adapt content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels.- Participate in content experiments and identify formats that drive stronger engagement.- Make revisions based on feedback and performance.- Stay informed about AI, technology, creator trends, and conversations relevant to CIVAI’s audience.What We’re Looking For- Strong interest and understanding of AI, technology, startups, or digital products.- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to explain technical or unfamiliar concepts in a simple and engaging way.- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate content ideas.- Good understanding of short-form content and what encourages viewers to stop, watch, and engage.- Ability to write or support scripts and develop strong hooks.- Basic to advanced video filming and editing skills.- Ability to work independently, from ideation through production.- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.- Reliable and able to consistently meet content deadlines.- A portfolio of previous video or content work is strongly preferred.QualificationsA degree is not strictly required.
