With a deep commitment to technology, design, and reliability, Three Tech is reshaping the mobile accessory landscape and offering solutions that elevate both functionality and lifestyle.Role Description The UGC / Reel Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Beni Haram, responsible for producing engaging short-form video content that showcases Three Tech’s mobile accessories and brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, scripting, filming, and editing UGC-style videos and reels for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals, product launches, and brand guidelines. The UGC / Reel Creator will research current trends, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant, as well as optimize videos for performance through testing different hooks, visuals, and calls to action. This position also includes managing a content calendar, coordinating shoots with in-house designers and photographers, and providing insights on audience engagement and content performance.Qualifications Demonstrated ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, stories) using mobile devices and basic editing tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for UGC-style content, especially within lifestyle and tech niches.Creative storytelling skills, including scripting, visual composition, and a strong sense of pacing and hooks for high engagement.Basic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting and performance optimization.Comfortable presenting on camera and directing others when needed, with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.Ability to work on-site in Beni Haram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Prior experience in content creation, videography, or social media management is preferred; experience in consumer electronics or accessories is a plus.Proficiency with common video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) and basic photo editing tools is beneficial.Strong communication skills in English
