UI and UX Tutor

Its product portfolio includes school automation systems, computer-based testing software, e-learning applications, educational multimedia tools for kids, and virtual reality solutions.Role Description The UI and UX Tutor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan. The tutor will design and deliver structured lessons on user interface and user experience design, ensuring learners gain practical, industry-relevant skills. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, creating and reviewing assignments, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback on their work. The role involves mentoring learners on best practices in visual design, prototyping, and user-centered design, as well as supporting them in building professional portfolios. The tutor will collaborate with other trainers and the management team to continuously improve course content and align training outcomes with industry standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design, with the ability to teach modern UI principles and tools.Proficiency in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED), including user flows, wireframes, and usability best practices.Working knowledge of Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to demonstrate how UI designs translate into functional interfaces.Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in UI/UX or related fields, with clear communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.Ability to design structured curricula, manage classroom activities, and support learners with diverse backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is an advantage.Interest in educational technology and willingness to contribute to Alusoft’s training and product ecosystem.
