Responsibilities include designing and updating course content, preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and real-world use cases. The trainer will evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews, provide mentoring for interviews and career readiness, and contribute to placement-support activities. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and the academic team to improve training methodologies, integrate emerging technologies into the curriculum, and support workshops, internships, and campus programs.Qualifications Strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including REST APIs and full-stack application development.Experience with front-end tools and practices such as HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, React ecosystem (hooks, state management), and common UI libraries.Experience with back-end and database concepts including server-side development, authentication/authorization, data modeling, and performance optimization.Familiarity with development tools and workflows such as Git, npm/yarn, build tools, debugging, testing, and deployment to cloud or hosting platforms.Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured way.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong classroom management and learner engagement capabilities.Ability to design curricula, create training materials, and update content in line with current industry trends and best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working on real-time projects in
