We design, prototype, test, and ship production software quickly, working directly alongside engineers.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on product designer who specializes in frontend UI/UX, custom animation, and digital product experience. You will own the visual language, motion identity, and interactive experience across our entire product line.While 3D elements and custom animations are essential to our product presentation, mastering the fundamentals is equally critical. You will establish rock-solid layout consistency and cross-platform unity across everything we ship. Whether a user is tapping a button in our iOS app, navigating our Android build, or managing inventory through a desktop web portal, every button, form input, modal, and screen transition must feel unified, intentional, and part of one cohesive ecosystem.You will sit in the same room with our frontend engineering team every day, turning your designs, 3D scenes, motion work, and component libraries into live, shipping software.What You'll Do

• Cross-Platform Unity & Core UI Elements: Ensure absolute visual and functional harmony across iOS, Android, and web frontends. Design every fundamental UI building block (buttons, inputs, toggles, modals, navigation bars) with rigorous state definitions (default, hover, pressed, active, disabled) so the entire ecosystem feels seamless.
• General Layouts & Spatial Grids: Design clean, structured page layouts and responsive grids that scale smoothly across mobile screens, tablets, and wide desktop monitors without breaking visual hierarchy.
• Mobile App UI/UX (iOS & Android): Design clean, tactile interfaces for our mobile applications (React Native / Expo), with deep attention to touch ergonomics, offline-first states, immediate visual feedback, and gesture handling.
• 3D Design & Product Displays: Create and integrate interactive 3D product displays for mobile and web. Work with optimized 3D assets and scenes that run smoothly in real-time mobile environments (Spline, Three.js, React Three Fiber, or similar pipelines).
• Custom UI Animations & Motion: Create fluid custom animations, micro-interactions, transition choreography, and custom loading sequences. Ensure motion feels natural, fast, and tactile rather than decorative or sluggish.
• Web Applications & Portals: Design responsive web frontends (Next.js), including client-facing luxury portals, partner dashboards, and internal management tools.
• Design Systems & Tokens: Build and maintain a scalable, component-driven design system. Establish design tokens, typography scales, color palettes, and interactive states that translate 1:1 into frontend code.
• Information Architecture & Data Visualization: Transform complex operational data, asset timelines, real-time status badges, and telemetry feeds into clean, readable charts and dashboard layouts.
• Edge Cases & State Design: Design every state thoroughly, including offline alerts, error screens, empty states, skeleton loaders, and sync status indicators.
• Design-to-Code Delivery: Work directly with frontend developers to inspect staging builds, verify animation easing curves and interactive 3D performance, and ensure live builds match your design specs.What We're Looking ForHard Skills:
• Cross-Platform Consistency & Core UI Craft: Flawless execution on fundamental UI components. You know how to build a unified design language where a button, modal, or form on mobile feels immediately familiar and coherent when viewed on the web.
• Custom UI Motion & Animation: Proven track record creating custom UI animations and micro-interactions. Hands-on experience exporting developer-ready assets using tools like Rive, Lottie, video, or code-friendly animation specs.
• Mobile & Web UI/UX Standards: Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Android Material standards, alongside modern responsive web patterns.
• Design System Architecture: Experience building structured component libraries with reusable variants, dynamic layouts, and design tokens.
• Frontend Feasibility: Strong practical sense of how modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) implement layouts and render interactive 3D/canvas elements.
• Performance Awareness: Understanding the balance between visual richness and mobile performance, ensuring animations and 3D elements stay smooth without impacting device performance.Mindset:
