UI/UX Designer (3+ yoe; upto 30M)

Location: Yen Hoa, HanoiWorking time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; 2 WFH days per month.Salary: Upto 30MWe are expanding into in-house product development and building a global ecosystem of AI-native applications, including AI-powered tools, utility apps, and entertainment products.We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered mobile app experiences for global users.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, enjoys solving real user problems, and wants to contribute directly to product growth.What You’ll DoDesign UX/UI for mobile apps on iOS and Android.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.Optimize key journeys such as onboarding, permissions, paywalls, subscriptions, purchase flows, empty states, and error states.Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, competitors, and market trends.Build and maintain design systems, components, and Figma libraries.Prepare clear design handoff documents for developers.Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Marketing, and UA teams.Use feedback, product data, and user insights to continuously improve the experience.What We’re Looking For3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.Strong experience or interest in mobile app design.Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design handoff.Strong UI foundation: layout, spacing, typography, color, visual hierarchy, components, and design systems.Proficiency in Figma, especially Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.Good communication, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.A portfolio showing your design process and completed projects, preferably mobile app case studies.Nice to HaveExperience designing for both iOS and Android.Experience with IAA/IAP products, including ads, paywalls, subscriptions, and purchase flows.Familiarity with product metrics such as Retention, Conversion Rate, ARPU, and ARPDAU.Experience working on apps with live users on the App Store or Google Play.Why Join UsWork on global AI-native products with real users.Join a young, talented, and supportive product team.Competitive salary, performance bonus, and 13th-month salary.Salary review twice a year.Premium healthcare insurance, annual health check-up, and social insurance.Flexible working hours, casual dress code, and 2 WFH days per month.Training support, technical and English certificate bonus.Company trip, team building, Year End Party, Happy Hour, football club, English club.Free coffee, snacks, and drinks.Apply now with your CV and portfolio.
