We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Mumbai. Location- Mumbai (Candidates currently based in Mumbai)Work From Office (WFO) - MandatoryExperience- 3-5 Years of relevant UI/UX Design experienceKey ResponsibilitiesCreate intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.Translate business requirements into engaging and effective design solutions.Ensure consistency across products by maintaining and evolving design systems.Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user journeys.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices.Must-Have Skills-Strong expertise in FigmaSolid understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principlesExperience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systemsFamiliarity with HTML and CSSStrong visual design and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking For-Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
