We are currently developing a next-generation Enterprise ERP platform, Factory Management System, Employee Management System, and Mobile Applications that power day-to-day business operations.As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about building products that make a real business impact.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our product development team.You will play a key role in designing intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences for our enterprise web and mobile applications. Working closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help transform complex business processes into simple and engaging digital experiences.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems through thoughtful design and wants to contribute to products that are actively used in manufacturing and enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve product usability based on feedback.Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent designs across multiple platforms.Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.Proficiency in Figma.Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, typography, color theory, and responsive design.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional product team.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing ERP, CRM, HRMS, Manufacturing, or other enterprise software.Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
