Our team is passionate about creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.We are building our proprietary Tech platform One Click Co. a platform focused on simplifying content creation using AI where we enable users to generate high-quality creative outputs quickly and efficiently through structured systems.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and curious UI/UX Designer to work on a new technology-led AI digital product.You will work closely with the founding team to translate product ideas, user requirements and complex workflows into experiences that feel simple, intuitive and beautifully designed.This role is ideal for someone who has strong visual taste, enjoys solving product problems, and wants the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a digital product.You do not need extensive years of experience. We care much more about the quality of your thinking, your design sensibility and your ability to learn quickly.What You'll DoTranslate product requirements into clear user journeys and flowsCreate wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypesDesign polished, modern web application interfacesSimplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiencesDesign dashboards, workspaces, forms, onboarding flows and interactive product experiencesDevelop and maintain reusable components and design systems in FigmaThink through different user states, edge cases, loading states and interactionsWork closely with the founding team to rapidly explore and iterate on ideasTake designs from rough concepts through to developer-ready specificationsReview implemented designs and help maintain visual consistencyExplore new interaction patterns for AI-powered digital productsWhat We're Looking For2–3 years of experience in UI/UX, product design or a related roleStrong command of Figma & other AI toolsGood understanding of typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy and visual systemsAbility to design clean, modern and premium-looking interfacesUnderstanding of UX fundamentals and user-centered designAbility to think beyond individual screens and understand complete user journeysStrong attention to detailAbility to explain the reasoning behind design decisionsComfortable working independently and iterating quicklyCurious about technology, AI and emerging digital experiencesGood to HaveExperience designing SaaS or web applicationsExperience with AI-powered productsExperience with ecommerce or consumer technologyExperience creating or working with design systemsStrong prototyping skillsFamiliarity with responsive web designFamiliarity with Framer or similar toolsBasic understanding of how designs are handed off to developersInterest in branding, visual design and creative technologyThe Kind of Designer We're Looking ForWe're not looking only for someone who can make screens look attractive.We're looking for someone who naturally asks:What is the user trying to achieve?Can this interaction be simpler?What information should the user see first?What should happen next?How can we make a complex technology feel effortless to use?You should enjoy thinking about both how a product works and how it looks.What You'll GetDirect involvement in important product decisionsSignificant creative ownershipOpportunity to design a technology product from the ground upExposure to AI-driven product experiencesFreedom to propose and experiment with new ideasClose collaboration with the founding teamOpportunity to grow with the product and take on greater design ownership over timeWe're particularly interested in seeing real product thinking, not only polished final screens.If you're a thoughtful designer with strong visual instincts and enjoy turning complicated ideas into simple experiences, we'd love to hear from you.**Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
