Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile application interfaces.Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.Translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX best practices.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement.

Required Skills

Good experience in UI/UX Design.Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.Expertise in Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.Strong understanding of Responsive Design and Accessibility Standards (WCAG).Experience creating Design Systems and UI Component Libraries.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing products.Knowledge of UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.Nice to Have:Experience with Motion Design and Micro-interactions.Familiarity with AI-powered product design and emerging UX trends.Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams.Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per YearTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
