UI/UX Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct user research, stakeholder interviews and requirement analysis to understand business objectives, user needs, workflows and pain points.Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, process maps and information architecture to support evidence-based product design decisions.Translate complex business requirements into practical, intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications.Develop wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms.Design visually consistent user interfaces, including layouts, typography, colour usage, icons, UI components and visual assets aligned with brand and design standards.Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes while maintaining usability, accessibility and visual consistency.Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyse user feedback and identify opportunities to improve user experience and product usability.Iterate design solutions based on testing outcomes, stakeholder feedback, analytics, technical feasibility and evolving business requirements.Work closely with product owners, business analysts, software developers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications, interaction behaviours and visual components.Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, sprint planning, design reviews and product discussions to support agile delivery.Communicate design concepts, user insights and design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, UI component libraries, style guides and reusable design assets.Promote user-centred design, accessibility standards and design best practices across product teams.Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, digital product practices, design tools and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.QUALIFICATIONSEducation Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or a related field.Experience2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, enterprise, SaaS, customer-facing or business applications.Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, information architecture and high-fidelity visual designs.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms, including prototyping and component-based design.Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability principles, accessibility standards and responsive design across devices.Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers and stakeholders in Agile or Scrum delivery environments is desirable.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, modern front-end technologies, design handoff processes and design system documentation is an advantage.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLSTechnical CompetenciesUser research and requirement analysisUser journey mapping, user flows and information architectureWireframing, prototyping and interaction designHigh-fidelity UI design and visual design principlesFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent design toolsUsability testing and design validationResponsive and accessible designDesign systems, UI component libraries and design handoffLeadership / Behavioral CompetenciesUser-centred mindsetCreative problem-solvingAnalytical thinking and attention to detailStakeholder engagement and communicationCollaboration with cross-functional teamsAgility and adaptabilityContinuous improvement mindsetAccountability and ownershipWHY JOIN USComprehensive medical benefits for you, your spouse, and children, ensuring your well-being is our top priority.Rest easy with our group insurance and term life coverage, providing you with security and assurance.Stay energized with meal credit that keep you fueled throughout the day.An in-house futsal court and badminton court for post-work workouts.A variety of fun-filled events and gatherings to unwind.Achieve a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you thrive both in and out of the office.
