As the adoption of AI continues to expand, AI and machine learning (ML) models are increasingly exposed to new classes of threats. Without visibility into the AI assets in use, or monitoring of key metrics and threat indicators, organizations will not be able to keep up with this changing landscape. Our enterprise product is built to integrate with existing AI systems and detect AI threats. Advancing the state of AI is a collaborative process that requires unusually varied skills and perspectives. To that end, we have built a multidisciplinary team with increasingly diverse backgrounds. Together, we're building the future of secure and trustworthy AI. Who We AreCranium AI is the enterprise standard for AI security, governance, and third-party AI risk management. Our platform gives security and compliance teams the visibility and control they need to confidently govern AI across their organization — from internal models to the growing ecosystem of third-party AI tools and agents their employees use every day. We're a fast-moving, design-forward team-building software that matters at a critical moment in the AI era. What We NeedWe're looking for a talented, systems-minded UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our product team. You care about the details — accessibility, consistency, motion, edge cases — and you bring that care to every screen. What You'll DoDesign end-to-end — from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and production-ready specs — for features across Cranium's platformSolve complex UX problems in enterprise contexts: multi-level hierarchies, data-dense tables, governance workflows, and security-critical interactions that require original thinking beyond standard patternsMaintain and evolve the design system — contributing new components, enforcing consistency, and keeping the system coherent as the product scalesPrototype interactive flows in Figma (and beyond) to validate concepts with stakeholders and surface edge cases earlyCollaborate closely with the Director of UX/UI, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into designs that are both usable and buildableChampion accessibility — applying WCAG standards and inclusive design principles across every surfaceStay sharp on emerging design tools, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise UX trends — and bring useful ideas back to the team What You'll Need3+ years of professional UX/UI design experienceClaude Design – experience and evidence of work product is important. The ability to use and apply the latest tools, with the greatest speed is imperative and Claude is our corporate approved tool of choice.
