The candidate should be able to manage the complete design process, from understanding user needs to delivering developer-ready designs.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀* Own end-to-end UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.* Design dashboards, data tables, forms, and complex workflows for SaaS and enterprise products.* Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile web.* Build reusable components, design systems, and design tokens in Figma.* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly and technically feasible designs.* Present design decisions, incorporate feedback, and ensure smooth developer handoff using Figma Dev Mode.* Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping when required.* Improve product usability, accessibility, and design consistency.* Create illustrations, icons, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.* Use GenAI tools for image and video generation, creative concepts, and visual assets.* Use Magnific AI for image enhancement and upscaling.* Design modern, visually engaging websites inspired by Awwwards-recognized websites.𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀* 4–7 years of professional UI/UX experience in SaaS, enterprise, B2B products, or web design.* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and modern website experiences.* Proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Dev Mode.* Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.* Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, tables, forms, and responsive interfaces.* Experience with developer collaboration, design handoff, and technical feasibility.* Hands-on experience with GenAI tools for image and video generation.* Familiarity with Magnific AI and modern web design trends, including Awwwards websites.* Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲* Experience designing CRM, call center, or enterprise software.* Familiarity with AI/ML interfaces, predictions, confidence scores, and data-driven experiences.* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of React components.* Experience with Framer, Storybook, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar tools.* Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀Design: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, FigJamPrototyping: Figma Prototypes, FramerAI & Creative: GenAI Image/Video Tools, Magnific AICollaboration: Jira, Linear, Slack, NotionHandoff: Figma Dev Mode, StorybookAnalytics: Hotjar, Mixpanel𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿A creative, user-focused designer with strong visual skills, product thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, consistent, and developer-ready designs.
