Employment Type: Full Time About the Role Cocpit is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the design experience across our web and mobile products.

We’re looking for someone who can combine strong UI design with thoughtful UX thinking to create modern, intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and improve UI/UX for Cocpit’s web and mobile platforms.Create clean, modern, professional, and user-friendly interfaces.Convert product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Maintain consistency through a proper design system.Work closely with the Founder, Product Manager, and Development Team.Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation.Conduct basic user research and usability analysis when required.Identify UX problems and propose practical design solutions.Continuously improve existing screens based on user feedback and product requirements.Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.Maintain and organize Figma files, components, and design systems.Required Skills2.5–3+ years of professional UI/UX experience.Strong proficiency in Figma.Strong understanding of UI principles, UX processes, typography, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.Good understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.Ability to create polished, production-ready designs.Strong attention to detail.Ability to understand product requirements and independently convert them into design solutions.Good communication and collaboration skills.Experience working with developers and product teams.Preferred: Experience with SaaS, social networking, consumer technology, or startup products.Experience building or maintaining a design system.Motion/interaction design experience is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing real-world products, not only concept designs.What We Expect : We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond making screens look good: What are we building? → Who is using it? → What problem are we solving? → How should the experience work? → How should it look?You should be comfortable taking ownership of the design process, rather than simply executing instructions.
