UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing simple, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work with product, development, and other teams to understand requirements, create designs, and improve the overall user experience across web and mobile applications.Key Responsibilities - Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.Design clean and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.Conduct basic user research to understand user needs and requirements.Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.Create interactive prototypes to present design ideas and user journeys.Improve existing designs based on user feedback and project requirements.Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.Take part in discussions and share design ideas for product improvements.Keep up with current UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.Handle multiple design tasks and ensure timely delivery.Qualification - 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-friendly design.Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Basic knowledge of UX research and user journey mapping.Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile applications.Good eye for design, layout, typography, and visual consistency.Ability to understand project requirements and turn them into practical designs.Good communication and teamwork skills.Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work is preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on different web and mobile projects.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Exposure to the complete product design and development process.Opportunity to learn and grow as a UI/UX professional.A work culture that encourages creativity, new ideas, and continuous learning.
