UI/UX Designer | 3–5 Years (Client Hiring)📍 Hyderabad / Bangalore🏢 Hybrid · 💼 Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys solving real product problems — not just making screens look good.You'll work with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.If you enjoy asking “why?” before jumping into Figma, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences across web and/or mobile products
• Translate user and business requirements into clear product experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Identify usability problems and turn them into design opportunities
• Build and maintain reusable components and design patterns
• Present your design decisions and communicate the reasoning behind them
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and technical constraintsWhat We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience
• Strong experience with Figma
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design
• Experience designing real digital products
• Strong portfolio showing thinking and process, not just final UI
• Ability to explain the why behind your design decisions
