UI/UX Designer (Package in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Eurisko is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience, usability, and human-centered design. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across mobile applications, web platforms, and enterprise solutions.Experience in Banking & FinTech is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Translate business requirements into seamless, user-centered digital experiences.Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX evaluations to validate design decisions.Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.Present design concepts and clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design, UX thinking, and real-world digital products.Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.Experience designing responsive web applications and native mobile experiences (iOS and Android).Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and modern interface design.Experience creating and maintaining design systems.Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Nice to HaveExperience designing Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech applications.Experience with complex enterprise platforms, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces.Familiarity with AI-powered user experiences, conversational interfaces, and intelligent assistants.Experience with UX research tools, usability testing, and product analytics.Understanding of frontend technologies such as React, React Native, HTML, and CSS.Experience designing bilingual Arabic/English interfaces, including RTL layouts.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
