You will own your user flows end to end and work closely with product managers and developers every day. This role combines strong UX judgement with the use of AI tools for speed and efficiency. You will be expected to use AI as part of your daily workflow to generate, explore, and prototype interfaces quickly, while applying your own judgement to maintain quality. We're looking for someone who thinks structurally about information architecture, user flows, interaction logic, and reducing unnecessary steps. Visual polish matters, but strong UX thinking and the ability to understand what users are actually trying to do are central to the role. The rest of the team is based in Chattogram, so this is an on-site role within a real office environment rather than a remote position.Key Responsibilities
- Own user flows: Map, question, simplify, and defend user flows end to end, ensuring every screen has a clear reason behind it.
- Information architecture and wireframing: Turn requirements into information architecture, task flows, and wireframes before moving into high-fidelity work.
- Figma prototyping: Build Figma prototypes that can be tested with real users and handed over to developers without ambiguity.
- AI-assisted design: Use AI tools daily to move from ideas to testable interfaces quickly, generating and exploring design options before refining, correcting, and validating the output yourself.
- Usability testing: Run usability tests, heuristic reviews, and stakeholder interviews, turning findings into clear, prioritised, and defensible recommendations.
- Reduce friction: Identify unnecessary steps, clicks, form fields, and decisions, and use user feedback and outcomes to improve the experience.
- Design system: Extend the design system so that patterns remain consistent and reusable across products.
- Developer collaboration: Work closely with the Design Lead, product managers, and developers; review implemented builds and provide precise, actionable feedback.
- Accessible design: Design accessible and inclusive interfaces as a core part of the process rather than a final-stage checklist.Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI, UX, or Product Designer. This is not a junior role.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process, from identifying the problem and mapping user flows through to iterations and the final outcome. We want to see the thinking behind your work, not just finished screens.
- Figma: Strong experience with Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping.
- AI experience: Experience using AI in your daily workflow for interface generation, prototyping, copy, or research synthesis.
- AI tools: Experience with tools such as Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Claude, or UX Pilot.
- AI process: Be ready to explain what you prompt, what you keep, what you refine, and what you discard.
- English communication: Confident written and spoken English, as you will communicate with the UK team every day.
- On-site commitment: Able to work on-site in Chattogram according to the stated schedule.
- Relocation: Relocation to Chattogram is required if you are not already based there, support will be discussed during the first call.Desirable
