Our Chattogram office builds the web and mobile products used by students, agents and staff across the group, working every day with the UK product team. The roleYou will design web and mobile products for the UK product team and own your user flows end to end, working with product managers and developers every day. This is a UX-led role. We care most about how you think: information architecture, user flows, interaction logic, and removing steps users don't need. Visual polish matters, but it comes second to understanding what users are actually trying to do.You will use AI tools every day to explore and prototype faster, and your own judgement to decide what is good enough to ship. We will test exactly that in the hiring process. What you will do
- Own user flows: map, question, simplify and defend flows end to end. Every screen needs a clearreason to exist.
- Structure before pixels: turn requirements into information architecture, task flows and wireframes before high-fidelity work.
- Prototype in Figma: build prototypes that can be tested with real users and handed to developers without ambiguity.
- Design with AI: use AI tools to generate and explore options quickly, then refine, correct and validate the output yourself.
- Test with users: run usability tests, heuristic reviews and stakeholder interviews, and turn findings into clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Remove friction: cut unnecessary steps, clicks, form fields and decisions, and use feedback and data to prove the improvement.
- Grow the design system: keep patterns consistent and reusable across products.
- Work with developers: review what gets built and give precise, actionable feedback.
- Design accessibly: treat accessibility and inclusion as part of the process, not a final checklist. What you need
- 3+ years as a UI/UX, UX or Product Designer. This is not a junior role.
- 2 projects that show your process: the problem, the user flows, the iterations and the outcome. We want to see your thinking, not only finished screens. Case studies, Behance projects or Figma files all work.
- Strong Figma skills: components, auto layout, variables and prototyping.
- AI in your daily work: for example, Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Claude or UX Pilot, for interface generation, prototyping, copy or research synthesis. You can explain what your prompt, what you keep, what you change and what you throw away.
- Confident written and spoken English: you will work with the UK team every day.
- On-site in Chattogram during the hours above.Nice to have
- Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar or Clarity
- Dashboards, portals, admin panels or other data-heavy interfaces
- WCAG knowledge and experience auditing against it
- Motion design for meaningful feedback and state changes
- Designing for content management systems (CMS)How hiring works (about 2 weeks)
- Apply with your CV and links to 2 projects you designed (put them in your CV or your application).
- We review your CV and projects. We reply to every application that includes project links.
- Interview on Microsoft Teams (about 45 minutes) with the hiring manager and the Design Lead. You pick the time.
- Design task: a short Figma task done with an AI assistant we provide. We look at how you work with AI, not only at the final screens.*We're an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds
