About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in backend/API development, combined with a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to build scalable backend solutions and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.Translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions.Collaborate with UX/UI designers and frontend developers to deliver user-centric applications.Design APIs with strong focus on security, performance, scalability, and documentation.Analyze and optimize application performance, availability, and responsiveness.Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies, backend development trends, and UX best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.Mandatory Skills:7–10 years of professional experience in Backend/API development.Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.Good understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of relevant professional experience.Strong portfolio or track record demonstrating backend/API development experience and understanding of UX design.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
