We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organizations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.To learn more about us please visit www.yourdost.comAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can bring together creativity, user psychology, and technology to build meaningful digital experiences. You’ll work across our app and website, turning user needs and business problems into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences.This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to research, design, test, learn, and iterate closely with Product and Engineering. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy solving problems, and are curious about using data and technology to make products better, we’d love to hear from you.What You Will OwnDesign end-to-end experiences across our app and website, from concept to final execution.Create clean, minimal, intuitive, and emotionally resonant interfaces.Design user journeys and product flows that encourage engagement and habit-building.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.Translate user and business insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship designs quickly and iterate based on feedback and data.Contribute to the visual language and consistency of the overall product experience.What We Are Looking For3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and 1+ year in UI/UX Design.Strong visual sense and an eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and simplicity.Experience designing consumer-facing digital products; wellness, productivity, or habit-building products is a plus.Strong research skills with the ability to turn user insights into meaningful design improvements.Comfortable working with analytics, design tools, AI tools, and emerging technologies.Good understanding of user behaviour, engagement, and habit-forming product experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.A bias for action: you like shipping, learning, and iterating rather than over-polishing endlessly.Why This Role?If you enjoy turning ideas, insights, and data into experiences people genuinely want to use, this is an opportunity to build products that can create positive change in people's lives.Job Details:Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
