UI/UX Product Designer

Equus Platform is a software solution for managing employee moves, providing collaboration, security, automation and integration.Equus is trusted by companies across the world and is packed with essential features like cost estimates, approval workflows and highly customizable process automation for managing global mobility programs.About The RoleWe are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to play a key role in the success of our products by designing an experience that is intuitive and creates a connection with users. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimize existing user interfaces. Success in this role will require you to be comfortable creating early prototypes and rapidly iterating on them through implementation, contributing to product style guides at the same time.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESHelp the UI/UX design process for the Equus Platform, ensuring a seamless user experienceCollaborate and be embedded with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needsWork closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a high-quality user experienceConduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockupsTranslate high-level requirements and prototypes into user flows, user stories, and elegant interactionsConduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedbackStay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practicesQualifications2 + years of experience designing a complex system/platform and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design for web-based applicationsProven experience designing web and mobile applications, with a focus on SaaS platforms or collaboration toolsProficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsExperience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing toolsStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work within a legacy solution, define a style guide for the application, and make incremental improvements one feature at a timeComfortable working both independently and in the context of a tight-knit development teamAbility to push forward multiple features and projects simultaneouslyBenefitsGreat salary and benefits - Highly competitive salaries, great bonuses for great contributors.
