You'll own the bank's design system across its digital channels and keep the customer experience consistent, accessible and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and keep improving the design system across all digital channelsCreate reusable UI components, design patterns and guidelines that keep customer experiences consistentDefine and manage design tokens, including typography, colors, spacing and iconographyMake sure UI components meet accessibility, usability and responsive design requirements on all screen sizesWork with UX designers, developers and product teams to match design components to how they're builtMaintain component libraries in Figma, with clear documentation on usage, behavior and interaction statesSet up governance processes for component contributions, reviews, approvals, versioning and retirementAudit digital products to find inconsistencies, and help teams move to approved componentsHelp teams adopt the design system through training, onboarding and ongoing guidanceTrack component adoption, design consistency and gains in design and development efficiencyMake sure design standards match the brand identity and applicable regulatory requirementsRequirementsArabic proficiency is mandatory.
