UIUX Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing intuitive and user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and modern UI design. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Experience working on UAE Government or Semi-Government digital transformation projects is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web and mobile applications.Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions.Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experience based on feedback.Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent designs across all platforms.Support development teams during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and sprint planning.Qualifications4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.Fluency in Arabic and English (Read, Write & Speak) – Mandatory.Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, design systems, and usability principles.Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on UAE Government or Semi-Government projects.Experience designing enterprise portals, dashboards, or customer-facing digital platforms.Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
