UIUX Designer

About the Role:You have spent 3–6 years designing products that real users love, consumer apps,SaaS platforms, or both, and you know what it takes to get from a fuzzy problem to apolished, shipped experience.You will own design end-to-end across our mobile and web products, establish andevolve our design system, and set the bar for quality across the team. As we grow,you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and help build the designfunction from the ground up.Responsibilities:• Own end-to-end design for mobile (iOS & Android) and web, fromdiscovery and wireframes to final UI and handoff.• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegantexperiences.• Run user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to informdesign decisions.• Balance user needs with business constraints and technical feasibility.• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and componentlibrary across web and mobile.• Define design principles, patterns, and guidelines for consistent productexperiences.• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals andpriorities.• Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and help define design processesas the team scales.Requirements:• Proven experience designing B2C apps and SaaS products, fromconsumer-grade usability to complex dashboards and multi-userworkflows.• Deep proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, prototyping, anddesign tokens.• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.• Solid grasp of responsive web design and accessibility standards.• Experience building a design system from scratch.• Strong visual design skills, typography, color, spacing, and motion.• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing and translatefindings into design decisions.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.• Designed and shipped AI-powered products where AI is core to the userexperience, not just a feature.• Actively uses AI tools in the design workflow, v0, Framer AI, Cursor,Galileo, or similar.• Has built working product prototypes using AI-assisted tools, beyondFigma mockups.• Portfolio demonstrates measurable UX impact, retention, activation,engagement, or conversion outcomes.• Can clearly articulate design decisions and the results they drove.Website:https://quantumleap.co.in/https://rajivtalreja.com/www.karanhasija.comSocial Media:https://www.instagram.com/rajivtalreja/https://www.youtube.com/c/RajivTalrejaDhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/rajivtalreja/
